Variety Show:  In the spring of each year, Peace hosts a themed Variety Show.  Peace members and their friends and family along with many of our musical groups, sign up to sing, dance, play an instrument, perform a skit or share whatever creative ‘talents’ they may have.

Silent Auction:  Following the Variety Show each year, the Silent Auction at Peace is a don’t miss!  ‘Themed’ baskets and items are donated by Peace families and local businesses as a way to raise money for Peace ministries and a designated outreach.   Baskets and items small and large, ranging in value from $5 to $500  are on display and ready for bidding in the Gallery.  There is  also “Kids Only” section for children to purchase tickets for a chance to win one of the ‘kiddos-only’ items.

To date, the Variety Show and Silent Auction have raised over $91,000 to support Peace ministries and outreach.

Cities, towns, places around the world … ‘Oh, the Places You’ll Go’ … that’s this year’s theme!

Over 85 performers, from ages 3 to 90+, were ‘showing us the sites’ on our ‘worldwide stage’ … taking us to SO MANY PLACES! From Hogwarts to the Land of Make Believe. From Agrabah to Glocca Morra. Down a Country Road to the Symphony. Africa, Iceland, and Under the Sea. Trinidad, the USA, to a Galaxy far away! It’s a small world after all.

Over 50 baskets and items were there for the Silent Auction bidding … raising over $6,200! Proceeds from the Variety Show, Silent Auction, Concession Stand & Sweet Treats will be used to refurbish Peace Church’s 5 octaves of handbells.
