Practice the art of giving during Lent. The Waunakee Neighborhood Connection (WNC) and the Waunakee Food Pantry need our help. Weekly during Lent we are looking for donations to help our neighbors. Drop your items at Peace and each Wednesday during Lent donations will be blessed and delivered to the Food Pantry and WNC. Weekly wish list items for the first two weeks include:
February 26th
WNC: Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine products.
Waunakee Food Pantry: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine products.
March 4th
WNC: Toilette Paper, paper towels, Kleenex.
Waunakee Food Pantry: Spaghetti sauce, Boxed potatoes, Noodles or Rice sides.
March 11th
WNC: Toilette Paper, paper towels, Kleenex.
Waunakee Food Pantry: Canned fruit, Cereal, Pancake mix and syrup, Jelly.
March 25th
WNC: Diapers, toilette Paper, paper towels, Kleenex.
Waunakee Food Pantry: Hamburger/Chicken/Tuna Helper, Canned meats: Chicken or Tuna.
April 1st
WNC: Laundry soap, toilet cleaner, Clorox wipes, disinfectant, Windex.
Waunakee Food Pantry: Spaghetti sauce, Boxed potatoes, Hamburger/Chicken/Tuna Helper, Canned fruit, Noodle or Rice sides, Cereal, Pancake mix and syrup, Jelly, Canned meats: Chicken or Tuna.
