Lefse is a traditional Scandinavian treat for the holidays. Many people like to eat it, but don’t make it themselves.  Each year, a number of expert lefse (Norwegian flatbread) makers spend a few days in November making the delicious delicacy.  All are welcome–experienced or not!  Our experts are good teachers and they even bring along butter & sugar to sample the mistakes!
