DESCRIPTION:Route.567 is the place for intermediate school students (grades 5\, 6 & 7) to learn and grow.  It is the start of our confirmation program and focuses on The Lord’s Prayer\, The 10 Commandments and the Apostle’s Creed.  Understanding the needs of intermediate school students\, this group learns in active formats to make the best use of the time we share on Wednesdays. In addition to our Youth Education Leaders\, this group interacts with our Peace Youth Leadership Team—a group of high school students that partner with them in camp style activities. SUMMARY:Joyful Noise children's choir
DESCRIPTION:Joyful Noise is young vocal choir for children ages 3 through 2nd grade.  Interactive and lively songs are performed at occasionally scheduled Sunday and seasonal worship services throughout the school year. Children will learn basic vocal skills and have fun singing songs\, learning actions and playing games that will encourage a love for music!  Rehearsals will be Wednesdays from 5:00 – 5:30PM during the school year.

SUMMARY:Common Table Cafe - Everyone is welcome!
DESCRIPTION:Practicing the essence of GRACE each week\, the CTC strives to provide busy people with healthy\, delicious food and experience of renewal mid week. All the food is free. Donors provide us with the staples and volunteer chefs cook the meals. Our goal is to provide wonderful meals – filled with good wholesome ingredients – that fill our bodies and souls with all that we need to be whole again. \nWednesdays from 5:00 – 6:15 PM during the academic year. \nWe practice generosity by sharing whatever we have to offer in a free will basket that is designated for an outreach ministry in our community or greater world. It is not about paying for food or any other costs associated with the Common Table Café. It is the kind of grace we can pass along to others on the days that we have something good to add to the greater goodness of the world beyond ourselves. \nWe invite you to donate and/or volunteer in any way you can for our Wednesday evening meals.   Please contact Carrie Miller at carrie.miller@explorepeace.org with questions or to talk further about how to become part of this important ministry.

DESCRIPTION:Chapel Chimes is a youth hand chime group for children in 4th through 6th grade that performs at Wednesday worship services and occasionally at scheduled Sunday worship services throughout the school year.  Rehearsal is on Wednesday afternoons from 5:30PM to 6:15PM.  No music experience is required. New members meet briefly with the music coordinator to learn the basics of reading music.

SUMMARY:KiX (Kids In Christ) aka Sunday School
DESCRIPTION:Kids in Christ (KiX) is what most people know as “Sunday School”.  It is a place where we do hands on projects and engage in various experiences to learn about Jesus and important stories of the Bible.  It is for students ages 3 through Grade 4. KiX happens twice a week during the academic year—Wednesdays at 6:15 PM and Sundays at 9:00 AM. Depending upon your schedule\, you can attend the session that is most convenient for you each week.
